10.24.10 - Team Kickoff Event Skeet Shoot and BBQ
The 21st annual Wild Game Dinner season shot off to a great start this year with a very successful recruitment and get-out-the-word event hosted at Cross Creek Ranch in Dripping Springs. The men and their sons enjoyed an afternoon of shoting clays and eating BBQ in absolutely splendid weather. Don't tell mama, but the young 'uns were consistently winning the knock out event. Special thanks to Buck Heath and Heath Sporting Company for loaning us some amazing automatic skeet throwers. Don't miss this event next year!

Coming - Friday 02.17.12
Food prep day starts at 7:30am at the DSUMC Fellowship Hall with a big breakfast. Call in sick for the day and come join us prepare over 900 pounds of meat and other food for the day of the event. Don't call, just show up and we will put you to work.

Coming - Saturday 02.18.12
We will be meeting again on Saturday, February 18th at 7:30am at the DSUMC Fellowship Hall for a breakfast hosted by United Methodist Men and a short devotional before the cooking day starts. It takes an army to pull off this event and we could certainly use your help.
