10.25.09 - Team Kickoff Event and Chili and Gumbo Cookoff
The 20th annual Wild Game Dinner season shot off to a great start this year with a very successful recruitment and get-out-the-word event hosted on the DSUMC campus. More than a dozen teams fired up their chili and gumbo pots early on a cold Sunday morning this November to put their cooking skills to the test and their bragging rights on the line. Over 115 men signed up to volunteer for this year's fund raising event and a great time was had by all.
